SALES & REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”)

Thanks for shopping at the Lufuma Tech Solution. We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating and purchasing our products at https://www.lufumatechsolution.com, or the mobile app or LFM Contact Centre. LFM Contact Centre are operated by Third parties. To make it visually easier on both of us, we’ll refer to the LFM Online, LFM mobile app, Lufuma Orgnl, Lfm Orgnl and LFM Contact Centre as the “LFM” and to third parties as “LFM”, “we” or “us”. You may contact Lufuma Tech Solution by mail at the registered address, by email at contactus.@lufuma.com.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at the Lufuma Tech Solution. If you purchase a product via the Lufuma Tech Solution Website, these Terms apply to the sales contract between you and Lufuma. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use also apply. You need to be at least 18 years old to place orders on the Lufuma Tech Solution Website.

Standard Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order, return a product or cancel a service contract for any reason, within your statutory rights. To return a product purchased from Lufuma Orgnl or cancel a service contract, please send your intent to return or cancel to us anytime prior to the date 12 days after the date you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the product(s), or from the date of conclusion of the service contract. If you ordered multiple products in the same order, please send your intent to return to us anytime prior to the date 12 days after the date you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the last product in the order. To exercise these rights, you need only provide us with a clear expression of your intent to return a product or cancel an order or service contract. You can notify us by either sending the model form found at the end of this Policy, submitting the electronic form found online at https://www.lufumatechsolution.com/, sending an email to contactus.@lfm-orgnl.com.

Once you notify us of your intent to return, simply return the product with the original receipt, original packaging and its included accessories to us. You have a further 14 days after indicating your intent to return or cancel a service contract to then return your products or arrange for their collection.

If the product is damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product.

We will refund all costs paid by you associated with the product or service, except for any express delivery costs (when you have not selected standard delivery).

Wireless Services

Some Apple products utilise wireless services that may incur extra costs and are governed by the terms of a separate agreement between you and your selected wireless service provider. For more information, contact your wireless service provider.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

Lfm Orgnl reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Lufuma Website at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by Lufuma Orgnl. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you. In addition to your right to cancel your order, return a product or cancel a service contract for any reason as explained above, should Lufuma reduce its price on any Orgnl-branded product within 12 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to contact the Lufuma by mobile phone using  Whatsapp on +44 (7) 824 999 103 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit, you must contact Lufuma within 12 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events.

Order, Order Acknowledgement and Order Acceptance

To place an order for products or services, you can visit the our website at https://www.lufumatechsolution.com/ or use the lufumatechsolutionApple mobile app, and then simply add the products you wish to your shopping bag, check out (using your chosen payment method) as a customer, and have your items shipped to you or to a person designated by you. Whichever way you choose to order, you will be given an opportunity to review your order prior to submitting it. Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with a web order number.

Within a few minutes after we receive your order, we’ll email you an order confirmation. As with the web order number, the order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Once we have processed your order and prepared it for shipping, we will send you an email stating that we have accepted your order, which will include the shipment details (the “Shipment Notification Email”). The decision to accept your order is in our sole discretion. Because we want to make sure that we have your product available, we won’t accept your order until we have prepared your product for shipping. In most cases, this will be within 24 hours for items that are in stock. For items that are not in stock, you will receive the Order Acceptance Email when the item becomes available and has been prepared for shipping, which in no event will be later than the “ships” timeframe presented to you at checkout. Once we have sent and you have received the Order Acceptance Email, Lufuma will have formed a contract with you (we will include the key terms of the contract in this acceptance email). All that remains at that point is for us to deliver the product(s) to you, which we will do straightaway so you can begin enjoying the amazing item(s) you purchased ftom Us.

Shipping & Delivery

Lufuma offers standard and express delivery options. The standard delivery is free of charge for any order exceeding a certain amount. For orders below this amount or for express delivery, shipping fees will apply. Please visit http://www.lufumatechsolution/help/shipping_delivery for the current shipping rates and fees. Your order will be shipped once all products of your order are available for a bundle delivery.

Please note that the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Lufuma’s control once it leaves our facilities. We will, however, notify you of any significant delays, and work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

As we takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact Lufuma to resolve.

Pickup Points

Pickup points from convenient locations for many of the items available. Certain products, however, may not qualify for collection at pickup points. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A form of identity and order number will be required for collection by you. Or, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party and the third party will need to bring a form of identity and order number for collection. Lufuma is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up. Lufuma will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. Lufuma will also send you a reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. If you don’t pick up your order, Lufuma may cancel it. Items purchased on the Online Store for Business or for Education and items purchased may not be collected from pickup points. LFM Orgnl One-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

LFM Orgnl provides a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for any new LFM Orgnl-branded product. The applicable warranty terms and conditions can be reviewed at http://www.apple.com/uk/legal/warranty/ and are also contained in your Lufuma Orgnl hardware box. The LFM Orgnl One-Year Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not Orgnl-branded, even if packaged or sold with LFM Orgnl products. Non-Orgnl-branded products may have the benefit of a manufacturer’s warranty provided by the product manufacturer — please see your product box and literature for details

 
Consumer Law Rights

Lufuma Orgnl One-Year Limited Warranty or, in the case of products that are not Orgnl-branded, the product manufacturer’s warranty (as appropriate) are separate from and in addition to consumer rights provided under UK consumer law. For details, click here.

Export

This contract is subject to applicable export control laws. You may not export any product purchased from Lufuma Orgnl to another country if prohibited by export control laws. If you do plan to export an Lfm Orgnl product to another country, you must obtain any legally required export licences (or other government approvals) prior to doing so.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Lfm Orgnl may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re making them as fast as we can. Lfm Orgnl reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order, provided Lfm Orgnl has not yet accepted your order.

Payments

We reserve the right to verify the identity of the card holder. To ensure that your credit or debit card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against information held by the card issuer and integrator. By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to such checks being made.
